What are .botname commands?
The .botname commands are a feature built into the Discovering bot. When a user says a .botname command in the channel, or whispers a .botname command to Discovering, one of the relay bots will whisper that user the location or game information of the particular bot in question.
To use the .botname commands, you must first be a donor and have reached the minimum donation requirement.
Any one of the following examples will work:

Can I be a runner for OP Soilwork?
Generally speaking, no. We don't allow non-Soilwork users to run in OP Soilwork, and we don't allow users to advertise other runs or channels within OP Soilwork. We may set up a channel in the future for manual and botted runners who wish to do their own runs.
Unfortunately, there is no way for any user to communicate with Discovering to share game information, as the bots don't use whispers. Once again, we may develop something new for this in the future.

What are the level restrictions?
All of our games have a minimum level restriction to prevent spam and improper use of the runs. If a character has not obtained the level for optimal experience gain effeciency then the character will be unable to join the run.
| Difficulty | Run | Minimum Level |
|---|---|---|
| Normal | Tal Rasha's Tombs | 15 |
| Normal | Baal's Minions and Baal | 25 |
| Nightmare | Baal's Minions and Baal | 45 |
| Hell | Baal's Minions and Baal | 65 |
Is it safe to follow the botted runners?
It is, and it isn't. Blizzard says that following bots is bannable, however, we've never seen somebody banned for following a bot, and we're fairly certain that they don't actively check or enforce this rule.
Blizzard allows each user to create or join 20 games per hour, although sometimes it may seem like less. To avoid being temporarily restricted, take it easy and only follow one bot at a time. If you miss a game, use the opportunity to do something non-Diablo II related or take a break. If you've been in 10 or 15 straight runs, you may want to wait a couple runs out. Our bots switch their CD Keys every 10 runs, and are designed to avoid temporary restrictions. We've also put time restraints onto our games to help avoid our users avoid being restricted, however, its up to you to make sure you're not joining games too fast.

Can I download the OP Soilwork bots?
No. Our bots are closed source and will remain this way.
Why do the bots sometimes take so long between games?
The bots are designed to make each game they create plus the time spent in the channel last so long. The time averages to about one game every three and a half minutes. The faster the run is completed, the more time you will spend in the channel. The slower the run, the less time you will spend in the channel. This is to prevent the bots and users from being restricted from the battle.net realms. A few seconds of waiting is a lot nicer than a couple hours of restriction.
Am I allowed to pick up loot?
Absolutly. All drops are fair game. First to grab it wins.
Anybody caught attempting to sell an item found during a Soilwork game to another user in that game will be permanently banned. In all fairness, you did no work for it and its nice to give and share.

What is a pickit hack and why are we not allowed to use it?
A pickit hack is a hack that automatically picks up items from the ground for the benefit of the user. Often its done faster than any human can respond and creates an unfair advantage for other users.
How can I be unbanned?
Depending on the severity of your offense, when it took place, and who banned you will determine whether you are eligible to be unbanned or not. Your best option is to speak to an Administrator or Moderator directly. Any posts on the tag walls about being banned will be ignored, and can only deter you from being unbanned.
